Information for Groups
Ciao a tutti,
Grazie mille for your reservation with Slice of Tuscany and Rosanna Passione! Rosanna is gearing up for her trip to Kansas City and is excited to share secrets of the Italian kitchen with your group.
Rosanna has prepared a fantastic menu of classic Italian dishes that will allow the entire group to get hands-on and participate in the kitchen. She will also provide guests with a copy of the recipes used in the cooking class they may take home.
We will bring all necessary ingredients for the dinner as well as beverages. For groups of 9-12, we will provide 2 bottles of prosecco, 6 bottles of Castello Monterinaldi wine (3 Chianti Classico, 3 Riserva), and a classic digestivo, or dessert drink. Sally will lead the group in a wine tasting during the cooking class. Groups are welcome to bring more wine or other beverages if they wish.
We ask that you notify us of your Secondo and Dolce choices at least 10 days prior to your scheduled dinner.
We ask that guests arrive no later than 5:30 PM ready to cook. Beginning any later would make dinner too late so we ask that everyone is ready to go at 5:30. We will happily accommodate earlier start times if your group so desires and requests. Rosanna and Sally will arrive at 4:30 PM in order to prep the kitchen, and will clean up before leaving.
