Spend a winter week in the Italian Alps. Join Sally — with co-host Todd Bolton of Tuscan Trails — for a small-group Dolomites experience blending South Tyrol's famous food and wine with the largest ski area in the world.

We'll settle into Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol, for four nights at the historic Parkhotel Laurin: a private tour of town, winery visits and tastings, a Renaissance castle, and multi-course meals with wine pairings. Then it's three nights in Corvara, in the heart of the Dolomites — ski the legendary Sellaronda circuit of the Dolomiti Superski area, or relax at the Hotel Marmolada spa beneath UNESCO World Heritage peaks.

Skiing is completely optional — day passes and gear rentals are easy to arrange on the spot, and non-skiers will love the spa, shops, and mountain scenery. We finish with a night in Milan and group transportation back to Malpensa airport — every detail handled.
