Apartment in a panoramic villa between Florence and Siena in the heart of Chianti in a charming village. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th and is shared between 2 other houses on property (the owners and one other 1-bedroom cottage).
The house has been divided into 2 apartments: on the ground floor is the owner’s private apartment where she lives with her family and dog, Lando. This rental property is on on the first floor (one up).
The apartment consists of: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, study, and kitchen.
The laundry is for exclusive use and is located on the ground floor where there is also a third bathroom. The house has a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool, overlooking a breathtaking view shared with my family.
The swimming pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. For different needs, talk to the host.
The most important places of historical and artistic interest (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa and the characteristic villages of Chianti Classico) are easily accessible by car. Private parking on the property for one car only. For the second, an extra cost is expected.
Distances: Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (shops of all kinds): 1.5 km; San Gimignano: 25 km; Florence (airport): 30 km; Siena: 30 km; Volterra: 50 km; Pisa (airport): 90 km; Lucca: 103 km.
Tyrrhenian Coast: Versilia 130 km - Maremma Coast 150 km - Etruscan Coast 150 km.
Available to guests: outdoor space equipped with a large terrace with gazebo, table, chairs and sofas (for exclusive use); shared panoramic pool (10 x 5 meters; minimum depth: 1.20 meters; maximum depth: 1.60 meters; open from 05/01 to 09/30 and with hours 9-13); outdoor shower, 1 bathroom complete with service shower on the pool floor where there is also the laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron but not dryer.
The air conditioning system is present throughout the apartment; internet connection via Wi-Fi available free of charge both from the apartment and from the pool area.

- The apartment has a parking space; for two parking spaces, there is an additional cost to be incurred.
- Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed at an additional cost of 5 euros per day
