Explore the food and wine of Tuscany with us as we cook, explore, tour, hunt — and even relax a little bit along the way. Join Sally and co-host Chef Rosanna for a week that moves at Tuscany’s pace: slow mornings at the villa, unforgettable days out, and long dinners with wine flowing.

The week unfolds like this: we gather at the villa on Saturday and settle in with dinner and a wine tasting. Then come a cooking day with Rosanna and a first taste of Florence, an artisan countryside day, a full day in Florence, a hike from winery to winery with tastings along the way, a day in the medieval towers of San Gimignano, and — to finish — a real Tuscan truffle hunt. In between: villa dinners, local markets, and time to simply be in Italy.

Sally & Rosanna met in 2012 and became fast friends. They share a passion for hosting others in Italy and creating bonds over cooking, dining and imbibing together — and this week is the purest expression of that.
