2025 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I just spent a lot time in Italy tasting the new batches of freshly pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The harvest and pressing was happening while I was there so I got to taste a lot of the freshest oil Tuscany has to offer.
There was 1 very clear, outstanding winner in my opinion (and that of my family and crew as well) and it happens to be produced on the grounds of where I got married! It was pressed between Oct 31 and Nov 3, 2025. It's best consumed by the same time in 2026. Certified organic extra virgin olive oil.
For cost effectiveness, it's best to order and ship in tins of 5-liters. I use about 10 liters in personal consumption each year (don't judge me), but I know that some like to order 5-10 liters and then get smaller bottles from Amazon in order to distribute the oil to give as gifts.
I will collect all of the orders as I worked out a great price with my buddy, Guido. If ordered quickly, shipment will take place within the next two weeks, and once it ships, you will receive an email with tracking details and it typically arrives within 5 days of shipment.
Price includes shipping to one address with the 15% tariffs included. Once it ships it typically arrives within 4-5 days. All sales are final.

If you can get a group around you to bundle and ship 2 or 4 tins at a time, that's the most cost effective for you.
